These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with Fortune Interiors when using our services.

Scope of Services & Quotation

Quotes are based on initial site measurements, design brief, materials, and finishes. Final costs may vary if you request changes, custom work, or change materials/finishes. Upon approval of the quote and acceptance of these Terms, we begin design, procurement, and execution phases.

Pricing & Payments

A 10% booking fee confirms your project. Payment is divided into stages: booking (10%), design finalization (30%), production (40%), and installation (20%). Pricing covers agreed materials, labor, and finishes; additional requests may incur extra charges.

Delivery, Installation & Site Readiness

Delivery and installation timelines depend on site readiness, design approval, and completed payments. Delays caused by the client, unforeseen circumstances, or third parties may affect the schedule.

Warranty & After-Sales Service

We provide a 5-year warranty on workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply for hardware or OEM components. Misuse, normal wear & tear, or unauthorized modifications may void warranty.

Changes, Cancellation & Refunds

Design or material changes after project commencement will involve revised quotes and timelines. Cancellation before starting may allow partial refund; after commencement, booking and incurred costs are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to services expressly provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Clients agree to indemnify us for losses arising from misuse, breach, or violation of laws.

Force Majeure & Miscellaneous

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, pandemics). Terms may be amended; updated versions posted on our website take effect immediately.
